The NOAO's Web-enabled IRAF Plate Solver is a new web-service which allows users to upload images to an NOAO Server and get in return a new WCS or a new image with a revised WCS (World Coordinate Systems -- WCS -- are necessary for astrometry and catalog cross-matching in the VO).
